Ritchie Pearce brings decades of law enforcement, security, and protective operations experience to the team at Private Eyes, Inc. and NC Protection Group. Joining the organization in May 2025, Ritchie serves as a Licensed Armed Private Investigator and Armed Security Professional with a strong background in executive protection and public safety operations.
Prior to joining the team with Private Eyes Inc., Ritchie worked extensively in private security and executive protection for a high-profile client, where he gained valuable experience in protective services, situational awareness, and threat mitigation.
Ritchie is also a decorated retired officer from the Greenville Police Department, where he served with distinction in Communications, Patrol, Special Operations, and the department’s Special Investigations Unit. His career in law enforcement was defined by professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to protecting the community before retiring in 2022.
Today, Ritchie continues to apply his investigative knowledge, operational experience, and protective expertise to support clients with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
